To enroll at To the Pointe Academy of Dance, you must complete the registration form, sign the photography and health release forms, pay the non-refundable registration fee, and review and understand the studio's rules, guidelines, and dress code.

To submit your registration, you have three options:

• Mail it to P.O. Box 56, Turkey, NC 28393

• Drop it off at the studio during business hours

Please note that your child’s spot in class will not be reserved without the non-refundable registration fee. To avoid being waitlisted, we recommend submitting the fee promptly.

To begin, click the "Get Started" button below, which will guide you through the registration process. Each step will have a downloadable version of the required forms. You must read, sign, and fully understand each form before continuing. After completing a section, click "Next" to proceed to the next part of the registration. At the end, click "Submit" to reach the "Contact Us" page, which contains our mailing address, email address, and studio location.

If you choose to email your registration, please include a working phone number so we can contact you for the registration fee payment. If you mail the application, you may either include your registration fee or a phone number for us to reach you. To the Pointe Academy of Dance is not responsible for any lost or stolen registration fees mailed to the provided address. If you prefer to drop off your registration and fee, please do so during studio hours.
