Join TTPAD

In order to join To the Pointe Academy of Dance, you will need to complete the registration form, read and sign the photography and health release form, pay a non-refundable registration fee, and read and understand the studio rules, guidelines, and dress code. To submit your application you may email it to the studio at tothepointeacademyofdance@gmail.com, mail it to P.O. box 56 Turkey NC 28393, or drop it off at the studio during studio hours. Please remember that without the non-refundable registration fee, we will not be able to add your child into our system or save their spot in class, so please be sure to turn the registration fee in as soon as possible to avoid being waitlisted. 

 

Below you will see a button that says "Get Started". Once you click that button it will forward you to each individual section of the registration process. At the top of each page there is a downloadable version of each form that must be read, signed, and understood in its entirety before completion. Once you have completed that section of the registration process scroll to the bottom and click the button that says "Next". This will guide you through the process and lastly to a button that says "Submit". Clicking the submit button will forward you to the "Contact Us" page for the mailing address, email address, and studio address. This is where you will choose how you wish to submit your application. If you email the application please include a working phone number, so when the application is received we can collect your registration fee. If you mail the application you may either include your registration fee or include a working phone number as well. To the Pointe Academy of Dance is not responsible for lost or stolen registration fees that are mailed to the mailing address. If you chose to deliver your application and registration fee please be sure to do so within the studio hours.
